20-Ton Carrier Rooftop Unit Replacement

BAM locked out and tagged out all equipment and verified the termination of power. After confirming the loss of power, we began disconnecting the ducting, wiring, and plumbing from the existing RTU in preparation for the upcoming crane lift. Once the unit was ready for removal, we utilized a crane service to remove and replace the 20-ton RTU. Following this, we installed the new electrical components, condensate lines, and low-voltage controls. After all items were connected and installed, we tested the operations and started up the unit, confirming a successful installation.
