60-Ton Chiller and 1 Million BTU Boiler Replacement

Bay Area Mechanical replaced an aging chiller and Boiler #2 with new, energy-efficient equipment to improve the facility’s heating and cooling performance. The project included the safe removal of the existing equipment, a coordinated crane lift, installation of new hydronic piping, gas piping, venting, controls, and equipment supports, and reconnection of all mechanical and electrical systems.

Following installation, our team completed pressure testing, system startup, commissioning, and operational verification in coordination with the manufacturer. The project concluded with warranty documentation and
on-site staff training, delivering a reliable, modern central plant designed for long-term performance and efficiency.
