Our Approach & Scope of Work
BAM removed an outdated 7.5-ton rooftop package unit and replaced it with a new American Standard unit, ensuring superior performance and efficiency. We not only provided and installed the necessary connecting piping, controls, and ductwork, but we also upgraded our customer to 7-day programmable thermostat. Our team checked each zone system during startup and installed a new safety disconnect switch.
