Demo and Replacement of 5 Rooftop Units
Our Approach & Scope of Work
Bay Area Mechanical removed and replaced 5 HVAC systems. This work included the disconnect, demolition and disposal of all units. BAM also, furnished and installed connecting piping, controls, ductwork, drains and gas lines. In addition, BAM furnished new electrical disconnects, flexible conduit, and wire from existing disconnect to condenser.Â
