Our Approach & Scope of Work
Bay Area Mechanical completed a large-scale HVAC replacement project involving the removal and installation of nine Reznor duct furnaces across four buildings at the Watergate Luxury Residential Complex. The project required extensive coordination across four mobilizations, including a large crane
lift, coordination with the roofing contractor, gas piping modifications, electrical extensions, ductwork fabrication, roof penetration work, startup, and final system testing. Our team worked closely with other trades throughout the project to ensure each unit was safely installed, properly connected, and returned to reliable operation.
